Managing Testing Delivery of project/ program
Role and Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management
Oversee and manage delivery across projects within the account.
Drive governance with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive discussions on challenges, risks, and resolutions.
Deliver and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet customer expectations.
Obtain formal delivery acceptance from customers, ensuring successful milestone delivery
Enhance service delivery quality through process improvements, automation, and tool adoption.
Align project execution with the strategic objectives of the department and organization.
Conduct regular customer engagement meetings to track satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Implement continuous feedback loops and action plans to enhance customer experience.
Introduce automation and efficiency improvements to reduce defects, improve turnaround time, and increase service reliability.
Ensure clear and transparent communication with customers on service performance, improvements, and value delivered.
2. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between business units, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for direct reports to align with business objectives.
Drive upskilling and certification programs (ISTQB, test automation, Agile).
Standardize testing methodologies and promote best practices in automation, security, and performance testing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving long-term engagement and trust.
3. Growth & Revenue Management
Actively participate in presales activities, contributing to proposals, estimations, and solutioning for opportunities within the unit.
Track and report revenue performance of projects/accounts on a monthly basis.
Identify and drive initiatives to increase profitability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
4. Operations & Compliance
Manage contract setup and tracking, maintaining financial discipline in engagements.
Manage delivery documentation, ensuring Delivery Notes are signed and uploaded as per process requirements.
Forecast resource demands for current and future engagements, ensuring smooth capacity planning.

Education
e.g., Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Regulatory Compliance)
Skills
15+ years of experience in IT Software Testing and delivery.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale, high performing testing teams within Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domains.
Strong understanding of quality engineering, test automation, functional and non-functional testing, and banking applications (e.g., Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Regulatory Compliance).
Experience with governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure high-quality testing outcomes.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, service virtualization, and DevOps testing methodologies.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects/accounts.
Strong stakeholder management, collaborating with business, IT, and third-party vendors.
Leadership experience in multi-geography testing teams, ensuring resource utilization, competency development, and efficiency improvements.
Ability to drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, continuous service improvement, and strategic automation initiatives.
