Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Implementor to join our team. As a Junior Implementor, you will work closely with senior implementors and project managers to assist in the successful deployment and implementation of projects.
You will contribute to the smooth integration of new systems, software, or processes, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Role and Responsibilities
· Assist in the implementation of systems, software, or services according to project requirements and specifications.
· Participate in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to ensure successful implementations.
· Collaborate with senior implementors and other teams to support project planning and execution.
· Test new systems, applications, and processes to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.
· Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during the implementation phase.
· Identify and troubleshoot issues during the implementation process and propose solutions.
· Assist in preparing documentation related to the implementation process, including user guides, process workflows, and technical reports.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
· Help train users and clients on new systems or processes.
· Continuously learn and stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices in the implementation process.
Qualifications and Education Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. · Previous internship or experience in system implementation, project management, or technical support. · Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

· Basic understanding of system implementation, software deployment, and project management processes.
· Ability to develop and deliver training materials effectively.
· Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
· Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (Oracle, SQl server) for data retrieval, modification, and reporting.
· Familiarity with Apex, Jira, and DevOps tools.
