Senior Manager/Consultant/Department Director

A.       Strategic planning responsibilities:

a.       Partners and solution providers management

b.       Locate new technology partners, domain experts & talents

c.        Client relationships as part of project delivery

d.       Revenue estimates, contract preparations and renewals.

B.       Leadership responsibilities:

a.       Routine review of delivery plans, gaps and risks with all practice managers within the department.

b.       Team building activities and ensure adequate staff size including backup resources.

c.        Support strategic initiatives and ensure valuable presales contributions

C.       Performance Management Responsibilities:

a.       Ensure proper project and program management procedures are adopted and followed within the department

b.       Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines.

c.        Supervise delivery teams obtaining delivery notes & certificate of completion in a timely manner.

D.       People Development Responsibilities:

a.       Plan training needs to department employees

b.       Provide feedback to department VP for recognition and appraisals. 

c.        Interview new talents and identify fresh graduates and ensuring bringing them up.

E.       Control and Approval Responsibilities:

a.       Ensure department delivery unit’s adherence to agreed SLAs.

b.       Plan team annual leaves ensuring staff availability throughout the year for critical activities. 

c.        Business continuity plans to safeguard execution of essential delivery services 

·Engineering degree/Masters in computer science, project management. ·       Minimum of 15 years of experience delivering Payment solutions.
